Sanskrit, the spiritual language of ancient India, holds a profound vibrational quality that can be experienced through chanting. Calming and grounding, Sanskrit mantras help unwind and dissolve restrictive patterns in the subtle body, creating space for increased vibrancy, clarity, and opening to a luminous natural state. In this 5-week series you will be introduced to some basics of Veda chanting, and learn to chant mantras that include Shanti, or peace, mantras, and the well-known Gayatri Mantra.
