Subtle to Strong Yoga - 60 min - Level 1-2
Discovering your subtle body allows you to tune in and amplify into your strong body! In this practice we will explore slow subtle work floor work to take a deeper look at the subtle tissues, transitioning fluidly into movement that will incorporate strength and mobility work. This practice will fill your cup right up! All levels. Props will be used for this class.
Vinyasa Flow - 60 min - Level 1-2
This class is taught by Christine Kegel. This is a powerful practice that is fluid, flowing from pose to pose with breath. It's a bit like a beautiful dance that unites the body, mind, and breath. This class is unique, creating an opportunity to become stronger, more flexible, and balanced, while practicing being present in the moment. Props are our friends! They will be used when needed. All levels are welcome!
Ebb + Flow Yoga - 60 min Level 1
This class is taught by Maria Rosso. Perfect for those new to a yoga or meditation practice, or those who are looking to deepen an established practice. This class will take you through a 45-60 minute Hatha practice followed by 15-20 minutes of guided meditation. We’ll utilize the assistance of breath and various props to support our bodies and minds as we play with the mind-body connection.
Restorative + Yin Yoga - 60 min - Level 1
Come join us to experience supportive Restorative poses designed for deep relaxation and a foundation of resilience in your nervous system, complemented by Yin poses that provide a gentle stretch for muscles and fascia. You will leave class feeling rested, balanced, and refreshed.
Slow Flow - 60 min - Level 1
This slow-flow class isn't bound to a particular style. There are elements of vinyasa, hatha, and yin. It's a class full of deep stretching, lengthening, and mindfulness. This class is for participants of all levels and is meant to be soothing, grounding, and fulfilling. Start your Sunday with a revitalizing practice that will leave you with a yoga buzz for the rest of your weekend.
Yoga Conditioning + Hatha Yoga - 45 min - Level 1
This 45 min class is short, sweet, and most of the time sweaty! Full body conditioning gives you strength and energy. Hatha inspired Core work, isometric work, flexibility, balance, and invigorating movement! We will throw in fun use of props too! This is a great kick start to your day! All levels. Props will be used in this class!
New Moon/ Full Moon Practice - 75 min - Level 1
Full Moon: Full moon energy is all about releasing what is no longer good for you, and manifesting the things that you want in life. This class will dig into settling in with a deep and yummy restorative yin practice. End this practice with yoga Nidra and some lovely community connection.
New Moon: Settling into ease as you may find that your energy is lower and emotions are heightened, offering an opportunity to rest and reflect. Practices that draw energy inward, encourage reflection and rest to nourish from within.
